 #Ҳ-OP is a FREE FILE channel created for Dalnet Ops!

#Ҳ-OP is a no power trip channel, no bans, no Sops, no Hassle!

The only rule on Ҳ-OP is we all agree to help others where we can!

Anyone on IRC that has ever ran a F-SERVER or FTP knows that sorting sucks and getting TRASH files sucks even more.

Thus the concept of #Ҳ-OP.  The following is all you need to know to join and start getting kick ass files!

1.  Put up a free file server.  It can be a ftp, f-server or a timed ad with your request/offers.

2.  Suggest your server clone nick have X-OP- in front of it.  Sample--> X-OP-}-KAMI-{ The reason for this is that we do not spam to get users.  We want quality files not a bunch of mindless nicks.  Someone will ask you what it means then you can pass the word on and Recruit them!

3. There are no Sops on #Ҳ-OP for the reason we know and trust each other plus its not a public channel.  PURE FILE TRADES IS OUR GOAL!

4. To join #Ҳ-OP you must be an OP on a major channel and support one or more of the following KICKASS channels =>
